Need to reference a photo from earlier? Click the image in the gallery to display it immediately on both your screen and your customer’s. You can then place arrows, switch to another photo or resume the live video. Whatever it takes to work through the issue.
FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS
Instructions anyone can follow.
The annotation arrows are large and hard to miss even on the most complicated of machinery. Each arrow is also numbered, so you can visually lay out the order of steps for your customers to follow. You can place up to nine arrows at a time, but you can do so on as many photos as you need.
USEFUL TO KNOW
Take session notes.
When you’re working through an issue, you can make notes alongside the live video feed. The notes are private, so customers won’t see anything you write. After the session ends, you’ll have the option to download your notes along with the rest of the session data.
