HOW IT HELPS
Free to provide support anytime.
Whether it’s a datacenter server or a regular workstation, you can connect when you need to. GoToAssist Remote Support includes unattended remote access for up to 100 machines per technician subscription. So you can build a complete list of your computers for instant access and unattended remote support, even if no one’s at the keyboard.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Set up unattended access easily.
Installing unattended access on computers is simple. If you’re in a support session with an end user, you can just add their computer from the GoToAssist toolbar. If you’re at the computer itself, you can download the unattended installer to take care of things. And if you have Active Directory, you can install it on up to 500 computers in one fell swoop.
FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS
Give permission. Give convenience.
Customers are prompted to approve unattended access when you install it during a live session. Plus, you can disable unattended access as necessary, so customers don’t need to worry about unauthorized use of their machines. It may seem like a lot to ask, but unattended access is helpful, because you can provide support after hours without interrupting their work.
USEFUL TO KNOW
Wake sleeping or powered-off computers.
With GoToAssist, you can always access your network machines — even when they’re asleep (Mac and PC) or powered off (PC only). You might know this feature as Wake-on-LAN, and that’s what we call it too. It’s great for keeping energy expenses down and for connecting to computers that might otherwise have been unreachable.
